Corporate Entrepreneurship Programs

Large companies  increasingly engage in innovative and entrepreneurial activities to expand their business lines / diversify by developing new products, services, or business models, retain employees, improve their innovative image or rejuvenate their organizational culture.

We are interested to guide students who have good access to an innovation initiative - accelerator, incubator, venture studio, venture capital, etc. - within a large corporation / family firm / scale-up / government agency.

Below are exemplary interests of our researchers in the domain of corporate entrepreneurship:

  • How can corporate innovation / entrepreneurship be structured and implemented
  • What are the design elements of a new corporate innovation / entrepreneurial initiative (particularly a new form like corporate venture studios or corporate impact funds)
  • What (symbolic) mechanisms can internal corporate ventures employ to (continue to) succeed in securing corporate funding
