ETH ieFellows Training Module "Leadership & Organization"
02-04 April,2019: As part of our ongoing support of the ETH ieFellows Training at the ETH Innovation & Entrepreneurship Lab, the Chair of Entrepreneurship delivers an intensive 3-day "SmartCamp on Entrepreneurial Teams, Leadership & Organizational Design" for technology founders.
Each year, the ETH Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab (ETH's deep science accelerator) hosts about 15 ETH Pioneer Fellows that work on commercializing ETH technologies. As part of their scholarship the Pioneer Fellows receive training on topics important for setting up successful technology ventures.
The Chair of entrepreneurship has been collaborating since 2017 with ETH ieLab to help shape and deliver parts of the training program. After a successful intensive bootcamp, in November 2018, we came back in April 2019 for a 3-Day SmartCamp of intensive discussions and workshops with ieFellow and with projects from external pageWyss Zurichcall_made, addressing concerns and questions with respect to leadership, entrepreneurial teams and organization design.
This bootcamp is part of the overall Entrepreneurial Leadership Development Program, conceptualized at ieLabs with the help of the Chair. We are currently exploring options to turn this program into a CAS certificate.
